St Matthew’s fee structure is designed to be easily comprehensible and to ensure that your company is not presented with unexpected or unreasonable costs.
Furthermore our fees compare very favourably with those of traditional accounting services. Not only are you involved in less work managing your accounts, and provided with up to date, transparent accounting information and management tools, but you will generally save money too!
The basis of our fee structure consists of the three price plans below. These tariffs are based on the number of transactions (generally speaking the number of documents you provide for inclusion in your accounts site). They are charged monthly. Additionally there is a small one-off set up charge for setting up the cost codes etc. that are particular to your company.
There are optional services on top of the price plans that you may or may not need. Your requirements will be discussed as part of the initial setup assessment and you can decide then whether you will require any of these services.
