Under s287 of the Companies Act 1985 a company is required to have a registered office.

The registered office is the place where formal documents (eg a summons or a writ) can be served, and where the statutory records are kept and made available for inspection.
 
It is the address of a company to which Companies House letters and reminders will also be sent.
 
We offer a prestigious Central London address which can be used by your company. As all literature and documents must display the company's registered office, having your registered office at this address can enhance your company's profile in the eyes of both customers and suppliers. If you require mail forwarding we can also provide this for an additional fee. (If you also take our Company Secretary Service, we will open and deal with documents from Companies House). The registered office need not be the principal office or place of business of the company.
